1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Individual Companion ("the Service"), you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be terminated immediately without refund.

MANDATORY JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS:

Access is strictly prohibited from jurisdictions with mandatory commercial age-verification laws that the Service does not currently support. Prohibited locations include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Attempts to bypass geo-blocking via VPN or proxy constitute a material breach of these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service (AI Disclaimer)

CALIFORNIA SB 243 DISCLOSURE: This Service utilizes artificially generated companions. You are interacting with an AI, not a human being.

Fictional Entities: All characters, names, and backstories are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.
18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption: All visual depictions are computer-generated and do not depict actual human beings engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This Service is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Fantasy & Hallucination: Interactions are generated by Large Language Models. The Service makes no claims of factual accuracy or therapeutic value.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content promoting child harm, non-consensual violence, or illegal acts. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content.

Payment & Refunds

1. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Payments are accepted via Bitcoin/Lightning Network via BTCPay Server. Due to the irreversible nature of the blockchain, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

Issuance of a Premium Key constitutes a completed digital delivery. Please utilize the free daily messages to evaluate the Service quality before upgrading.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Minimization & Encryption

We do not require legal names or physical addresses. We value your anonymity.

Chat Logs: Conversations are stored with industry-standard encryption. You retain the right to delete your entire chat history at any time via the session interface.
Payment Privacy: We do not utilize third-party credit card processors. All transaction data remains within our self-hosted BTCPay infrastructure.

2. Local Storage

We use local storage only to maintain your age verification status and login session. We do not participate in cross-site tracking or data harvesting for advertisers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIVIDUAL COMPANION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL ENTITIES.
